Printing from the Web

Select Print from: The Web.
This will reload the text of the chapter without the navigational frame.

Now just print the text from your browser to a local printer.

Printing from a local PS copy

Select Print from: Local PS copy.
If all goes well this will cause the browser to download a PostScript file containing the chapter. Depending upon your browser, the PS file will either be displayed in a PostScript viewer or saved to your local hard drive.

Either print the file from the PostScript viewer or using your favorite printing tool.
