Abstract

This document provides the framework and an action plan for Sulis, a computer-based water resources decision support system. Sulis will provide users ready access to environmental and natural resources information in a useful form to better understand aquascapes and their processes, to evaluate the probable consequences of management decisions and natural change, and to make informed decisions with a holistic perspective. Healthy Watersheds – Healthy Oceans – Healthy Ecosystems is the underlying goal of Sulis.
