The temperature sensor interface discussed here has already been implemented and fabricated via the MOSIS service, with the standard cell library presented here. The fabricated chip was verified to be fully functional. However, the standard cell library contains timing information which has yet to be thoroughly tested for accuracy. It is also only a minimal standard cell set, i.e. it only contains a 2-input NAND, 2-input NOR, inverter, a Tiehi and Tielo gate, as well as a D Flip Flop. Mississippi State University students are currently working on this standard cell library as part of their coursework, so updates/additions may be implemented in the future.
