| Biography: | A Winston County resident, Dianne joined Mississippi State in 2003 and has been with CAVS since 2006. She earned degrees for a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University. Before returning to MSU, Phillips gained her commercial construction licenses in Mississippi and Louisiana.
Prior university responsibilities have included areas of travel and accounts payable. Additionally, Phillips has supported a large department of approximately 250 employees in processing payroll and human resource management.
Within CAVS, she is an accountant responsible for departmental purchasing and inventory, human resources, fiscal business processes, and administrator for procurement card management.
Phillips maintains active memberships in the National Council for University Research Administrators(NCURA) and Phi Kappa Phi honor society, and is also a commissioned Notary Public. Additional interests include Women in Higher Education Mississippi Network (WHEMN) and treasurer for Winston County Crime Stoppers.
